Whats New?

What’s new in Life?
So, my exams will be up in about a month…so have to get started on the studying…
met a couple of old “friends” through a Social-Network Website…was glad to know,they’re still losers!

What about Magic?
well, i’ve been working on 2 new routines… An Ace Assembly…and a color changing (the back) Ambitious card…although i had the idea for months now…i haven;t exactly done it in my hands…

What about programming?
Already finished a “major” Project…will be submitting it the college for the “ooooh!”‘s and “aaaaah!!”‘s…:D …the project was completed under a different alias so i can’t menton it here…

What new on TV?

hey, We finally have “The Tonight Show” as a regular which is like awesome…
then we got a new season of “Everybody loves raymond”…hmmm, AXN promised us NipTuck…but so far has come out emptyhanded…LOST completed its second season…but thanks to our “Moral police Govt”, Star Movies was Blocked…and hence i missed the entire season…it seriously sucks!! *shows finger*
A New season of Grey’s Anatomy this november….A new series called “Desire – Table for three”
Hopefully we get to see more of “the office”,scrubs…

What’s New in Music?
Amanda Abizaid – A Place In Time (the 4400 theme)
and a couple of boring tracks which i got tired off…

Just Came to know “Secrets Of Street Magicians” will be showing this October…

Which reveals the 2 Card monte…Aw! Crap…that was one my signature effect (for my friends) since i never do it twice…
now, what am i left with? ACR? ACE Productions?

WP Bug? or is it O9?

Bug 1:

Ok! Remember when you add a new category you just type in the first few letters and then a small popup (not exactly a popup….more of a contextmenu kinda thingy) appears with previously added categories….right?

well, ever since i switched to O9 the “popup” is transperent…icant even see the words…right…

I dunno if it’s O9 or WP? guess someone should check it out…

Bug 2: The shiny new “wysiwyg” is quite weird…the “End” key doesn’t take me to the EOS (end of string) …instead takes me to the previous line…yeah, whats the deal with that?

what’s with this new Pop-up window for adding a URL…it’s both inconvient and buggy (as of now) the previous version was much better…simple and ….and…well, simple…the whole “link” and “unlink” system bites! (grrrr)

seriuosly, what’s up with my “End” key?

where’s my code tag? and every time i need to add my technorati tags, i need to add it in the HTML source?

oh! and your hotkeys dont work for opera…(although opera sucks with wysiwyg editors anyways….)

WordPress Upgrades?

Alright…i got new things in my control panel…a new tab called “related posts” which pretty much sucks as of now!! there are a lot of irrelevant posts in there some spam…
and a few more improvements (really? no really?) i dont have time to comment on…

ooh! and i just upgraded to O9 so its probaly eithor WP or Opera…
there are few bugs i see in O9 for the wordpress control panel…i’ll enlist them later…

ChainLetters

Have You Ever recieved a Chain Letter or a JunkMail from your friends? 90% of the time i did were from female friends…
you’d be suprised even guys

they forward you links to a flash game, or a picture of the moon…why? coz someone forwarded the same to them…

What’s the Deal With these people, eh? Why? Why in the world do they keep circulating those chainletters? Those Stupid Emails of cuddly bears , hearts, and all that mushy stuff…an irresistable urge to “Reply->Send to all in Address book”…

i’m sick of it…once i had replied to a female friend not re-chain these kinda letters…you think she listened? nooooo…she replied the very next day…with paparazzi pictures of [someone i cant remember]…

What incited this post?
well, a few hours ago…
I just checked my Email and i was suprised to see 2 new emails (both junk) from my ex (oh! boy!)…both were one of those crappy emails that have a long “Fwd: Fwd: Fwd:…” for a subject…

the mail was apparently sent to all in her address list..and for some reason i’m still on her address list…
it has been about 6 months since i last saw her…
well, You have probably guessed what i did…yeah! i introduced her to my “Ignore list”…now, my inbox will have fewer “Make a wish”,”What is Friendship?”….

I’m sorry to point fingers but it has been noticed that Women have a tendency to forward chainletters,junkmails…
The following is an opinion i hold owing to my real life experiences…
